Description

Los Ombues is singular in its privacy and proximity to hunting fields, with over 40,000 acres owned by the Lodge for the exclusive use of guests. An additional 180,000 acres are leased by Los Ombúes, but all acreage is proximal to the lodge, which minimizes travel time to and from the field. Though 600 acres of sunflowers are planted just for the doves, and cropland/wheat fields provide prime cover for Perdiz. The wetlands of the Parana River Delta offer habitat for a variety of waterfowl species in astounding number, and ducks are shot from shallow-water blinds. Waterfowl bag limits in Entre Rios province are the largest in all of Argentina. The unique location of Los Ombues combined with the abundance of game on property makes for an unrivaled dove, duck, and Perdiz hunting experience. Local guides are professional and welcoming, and the dog work is some of the best in South America. A private landing strip is on site at Los Ombues, but the Lodge is also a 1 hour and 20 minute drive from the Rosario International Airport. Los Ombues is Argentina’s finest; it is a lodge built by—and for—hunters.
