Enjoy Orvis-Endorsed accommodations at Swain’s Cay Lodge during your fly fishing trip to the Bahamas. The Lodge is nestled between the famous Middle and South Bights of Andros on a rich white sandy beach flat. This fishing area is known for large bonefish in addition to being a productive area for tarpon and permit. The eco-tourist property has a high angler retention rate, clean and spacious air-conditioned rooms, and a friendly staff who cater to your every need. The food is exceptional and is prepared by a devoted Bahamian cook whose specialty is native seafood cuisine.

The fishing guides are some of the best in the world—most of them are third-generation with boats in good condition. They pride themselves in ensuring excellent customer service, even with trainee guides.

The lodge is owned by a Bahamian, a former well-known private banking executive who came from humble means with hard-working parents in the Bahamian service industry. She wanted to fulfill her dream of owning a property by the water and succeeded in her goal to make her lodge the best among the best. Supported by an extraordinary Bahamian and Haitian staff (95% of whom have been employed with the lodge from its opening) she and her staff are committed to making the lodge a worldwide success.
